Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BLUECANVAS CO., LTD. ("we") handles personal data when you use BlueTraffic. We collect only what we need to run your account, process payments and deliver orders.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), optional name, country, language and currency preference.
  • Order data: the public links you submit, the services, quantities and comment texts you order, and order status.
  • Payment data: top-up requests, and the details our bank partner reports for each incoming transfer, such as amount, currency, payer name, payer bank and payment reference. We never receive card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and security logs.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to provide and secure the service (contract), to match bank transfers to your balance and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation), to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest), and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who processes it

  • Airwallex, our receiving bank partner, which processes incoming transfers.
  • Amazon Web Services (email delivery) and our hosting provider in the Republic of Korea.
  • Service suppliers who receive only the public link and quantity needed to deliver an order.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the Republic of Korea, Singapore and the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment and order records are kept for five years to meet accounting and tax rules; security logs are kept for up to one year.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. If you live in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. Contact us through the contact form to use these rights; we answer within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a preference cookie for your currency. We do not use advertising cookies.
