Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlueTraffic (bluetraffic.kr), operated by BLUECANVAS CO., LTD., a company registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 113-86-84483, 917, 66 Magokjungang 6-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BlueTraffic provides social media promotion services such as followers, likes, views, comments and live viewers for public accounts and posts on third-party platforms. We do not ask for, and you must never give us, your social media passwords. We work only with public links you provide.
Social platforms are operated by independent companies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, Spotify or their owners. Platform algorithms, enforcement and visible counts are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee reach, ranking, revenue or any other outcome.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and give a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. One person or business may hold more than one account only if each account is used lawfully.
3. Acceptable use
You may order services only for accounts and content that you own or are authorised to promote. You must not use the service for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others, or to harass any person. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use and with the laws that apply to you, including advertising and disclosure rules. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe breach this section.
4. Balance and payments
You pay by adding funds to your BlueTraffic balance through a bank transfer to one of the receiving accounts shown in your dashboard. Funds are credited after the transfer has been settled into our account; the time a transfer takes depends on your bank and the payment network. Your balance is shown in the currency you choose, converted at the rate published in your dashboard at the time of crediting. Card payments are being prepared and will be announced on the site.
Your balance is a prepaid credit for BlueTraffic services. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Orders and delivery
Each service page states its minimum and maximum quantity, expected behaviour and any special conditions. Delivery normally starts automatically within minutes, but some services are deliberately gradual. You must keep the target account or post public and unchanged until delivery has finished; orders for private, deleted or changed targets may be completed without effect and cannot be refunded.
Some services include a refill period during which counts that drop are topped up again. Services without a refill period are not covered for later drops.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by social platforms against your account. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used for fraud, or whose bank transfer is recalled by the sending bank. Where a transfer is recalled after funds were credited, the related balance is reversed.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
