We only use the public link you give us and never log in to your account. Delivery is paced to look natural, and you can choose gradual services for extra caution. As with any promotion, platforms set their own rules, so read each service note before ordering.
Do you need my password?
No. Never share your password with anyone. We only need a public profile or post link.
How fast does delivery start?
Most services start automatically within minutes. Gradual services and live viewers follow the schedule described on the service. You can follow progress on your Orders page.
What if the numbers drop?
Some drop is normal on social platforms. Services with a refill period are topped up again during that period. If a service has no refill, it says so before you order.
How do I pay?
Add funds to your balance by bank transfer. In your dashboard choose a currency, and we show local bank details for that region, the exact amount and a reference code. Card payments are coming soon.
How quickly is my transfer credited?
Within 1 minute after the transfer is settled in our account. How long the transfer itself takes depends on your bank: seconds for UK Faster Payments, SEPA Instant and Singapore FAST, the same day for Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, and 1–3 business days for standard US ACH, Canadian EFT and SWIFT.
Can I pay by card?
Card payments are being prepared and will be announced on the site. Until then please use bank transfer — it is credited automatically, so you can still order within minutes of your money arriving.
Can I get a refund?
Failed or undelivered parts of an order are returned to your balance automatically. Unused balance can be returned to your bank account on request within 12 months, minus bank fees. See the Refund Policy for details.
Which currency will I see?
Choose your currency at the top of any page. Prices and your balance are shown in it. When you top up, your transfer is credited at the rate shown at that time, so 20 sent is 20 in your balance.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Every top-up appears in your dashboard with its reference. If you need a formal receipt for your business, contact us with the reference code.
