In your dashboard open Add funds and pick the currency your bank account uses.

Copy the bank details
We show a receiving account in your region, the exact amount and a reference code such as BT7K3Q9M.

Send the transfer
Pay from your online banking app. Put the reference code in the payment reference or description field.

Get credited automatically
We receive a notice the moment the transfer settles and add it to your balance within 1 minute. We email you when it is done.

Arrival times are set by your bank and the payment network. The 1-minute crediting starts when the money reaches our account.
Why the reference code matters
The reference code tells us which account to credit. With it, matching is instant and fully automatic.
Forgot the reference? We also match by the exact amount we gave you, which includes a few unique cents. If neither matches, our team assigns it by hand — just contact us.
Fees
We do not charge a top-up fee. Local transfers in the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore are usually free at your bank.
SWIFT transfers can carry fees from your bank and intermediary banks, which reduce the amount that arrives. We credit what actually arrives, so local transfers are the better choice when available.

How do I pay?
Add funds to your balance by bank transfer. In your dashboard choose a currency, and we show local bank details for that region, the exact amount and a reference code. Card payments are coming soon.
How quickly is my transfer credited?
Within 1 minute after the transfer is settled in our account. How long the transfer itself takes depends on your bank: seconds for UK Faster Payments, SEPA Instant and Singapore FAST, the same day for Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, and 1–3 business days for standard US ACH, Canadian EFT and SWIFT.
Can I pay by card?
Card payments are being prepared and will be announced on the site. Until then please use bank transfer — it is credited automatically, so you can still order within minutes of your money arriving.
Which currency will I see?
Choose your currency at the top of any page. Prices and your balance are shown in it. When you top up, your transfer is credited at the rate shown at that time, so 20 sent is 20 in your balance.
